If you’ve ever heard of a referral program, you have an idea of what an affiliate is. Just like a referral, you get paid when someone you’ve referred to our site buys something. Unlike a referral, however, as an affiliate, there is no limit on how much you can earn.
When we say risk-free, we mean it. There is no upfront investment that must be made. In order to make it as simple as possible, we give every affiliate a tracking cookie that lasts for 60 days. If someone you refer makes a purchase from our site within 60 days of their initial visit, you get paid.

How much does it cost to join the affiliate program?
It is absolutely free. There is no investment and we will never ask for one.
How does the program work?
First, you submit a short application to enrol in the program. Once you have been approved, we will then send you a unique link that you will distribute to people interested in purchasing our CBD products. When someone comes to our site using your link, you will receive 20% of their purchases. You also have the ability to create your own links for various items.
Is it necessary to have a blog or website in order to join the affiliate program?
While is not a requirement to have either a blog or website, it is strongly encouraged. If you don’t have a website, you can use your links on social media. We are not accepting coupon platforms, or sites that share exclusive coupon codes that are only available through our official website.
Do I have to buy products or spend money to be an affiliate?
Noooo! We hate MLM’s with a passion. We do offer heavily discounted sample packs if you want to try out the products yourself, but we don’t have to purchase anything from us to be an affiliate.
Can I use pictures from your website to promote the products?
In your affiliate area, you will find banners, links, and images that you can use to promote items. You can also just paste your link and by some internet magic, it will display an image too!
Is there an age requirement to join the program?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to partner with us.
What are my responsibilities as an affiliate?
You promote The Herbalist Company ethically as an outstanding brand ambassador, so we can continue to operate as one of the world’s best producers of CBD oil. You must follow MHRA’s guidelines.
Can I have more than one website?
We love that you do! Having multiple methods of marketing our products can only be a good thing. You will only need one link for all the websites.
How do I get paid for my referals?
Affiliates are paid out the first week of each month via bank transfer, and one month in arrears. This allows time for any refunds, exchanges or returns
Is there a limit on how much I can earn?
Nope. In fact, the more you sell, the bigger your commission.
