We will only process a return guaranteed in an instance where the wrong order has been dispatched. All other issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
The shopper has the right to cancel within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. If the shopper does cancel their order, they will have their payment refunded within 24 hours once the goods are returned & received by The Herbalist Company. If the goods have not yet been dispatched, a refund will be issued right away.
Goods must be returned in the state they were sent, unopened & unused. If the shopper has experienced an issue with the product itself, then this issue must first be raised with The Herbalist Company before the product is returned.
